the reinvention of 2023 – 3 ways
It’s never too late to change your reality. If you don’t like something about your life, realize that you can change it. No matter how old you are, you can always try new things and find yourself. Don’t buy into the idea that life ends when you’re 30 or whatever. There’s so much time to change anything you want, and nothing is impossible. Keep this in mind, and you’ll be able to achieve anything you want.
You can achieve anything you set your mind to. The problems you face are minor compared to your own magnificence. In today’s age, it’s easy to get caught up in comparing ourselves to others. We see people’s highlight reels on social media and compare them to our lives. Or, our parents compare us to other people’s kids. Instead of comparing ourselves to others, let’s take a moment to congratulate ourselves–on wanting to do better and on achieving progress, no matter how small. Some of us have been through tough times and are still here. That’s something unique that deserves recognition. So congratulations–to all of us!
Now… let’s start a funeral.
It’s time to start making some changes. First, identify your bad habits. These can be simple things like procrastinating or nail biting. Once you’ve identified your bad habits, it’s time to eliminate them. Finally, decide that you’re going to stop doing these things that don’t benefit you. It can be easy to fall back into old habits but don’t beat yourself up if you do. Just keep trying to minimize how often you do them. Remember, you’re still amazing even if you don’t completely get rid of all your bad habits.
Secondly – the mental glow up
mental health is just as important as physical health. Improving your mental health can have a positive impact on your physical appearance! Don’t beat yourself up when you have a misstep.
I think it’s normal for us to react this way to our mistakes. Let’s come from a background where emotional well-being wasn’t emphasized. As a result, we’re more likely to be hard on ourselves whenever we make a mistake. It’s a learned behavior that isn’t very helpful.
Treat yourself with kindness.
When you’re feeling overwhelmed or like you can’t handle everything, take a step back and remember that you’re strong and capable. You can get through anything if you take it slow and breathe. You’re unique and deserve to treat yourself with kindness and care.
Treat yourself like a QUEEN!
We all must start treating ourselves with love and respect. We are all beautiful, no matter what. So we should embrace our messy hair days and know we are still stunning. We can rock any hairdo because we are gorgeous inside and out.
Prioritize yourself. Stop prioritizing others.
It’s important to remember that you shouldn’t always put others before yourself. It’s okay to treat yourself and love yourself. However, you should also make sure to prioritize yourself.
Thirdly, the PHYSICAL GLOW UP!
If you want to change your appearance, visualize it, script it, tell your subconscious, and affirm that it’s possible. Remember that nothing can stop you from achieving your goal. And in the meantime, love yourself and be proud of your progress. Take plenty of selfies to document your physical transformation – you’re absolutely stunning!
Maintaining a balance in your life, even when manifesting your dreams, is essential. So don’t put your life on hold for your manifestations. Instead, go out and enjoy your time with friends.
It’s essential to have a routine regarding your hair and makeup. You want to make sure you’re taking care of your skin, and you also want to have fun with different styles. So try out new hairstyles and experiment with makeup. It’s about finding what works for you and having fun with it.
NOW…COMBINE EVERYTHING I’VE JUST SAID.
It’s okay to be scared, but don’t let that stop you from trying. You have plenty of time to make mistakes and try again. Remember that your dream life is achievable if you’re willing to work for it. Becomes stable and consistent in your habits, relationships, and overall well-being. You can have a perfect life if you want it, but don’t let that pressure get to you.
