Harassment, annoyance, the imposition of unnecessary anxiety, and the initiation of fraudulent chargeback claims shall not be tolerated under any circumstances.
Our clients and customers are held to the highest standards of ethical conduct, and we expect all purchases to be made with due diligence and circumspection. Our team members and employees have been thoroughly trained and instructed to strictly adhere to this policy, and we expect our clients and customers to do the same.
It must be unequivocally stated that as a consultant firm, Laken Lane Consultancy™ does not entertain requests for refunds under any circumstances, particularly in cases of buyer’s remorse or any other reasons that may be proffered. We have made every effort to clearly and explicitly outline the features, benefits, and characteristics of our services and products, and in many instances, have provided sneak peeks, real-life testimonials, and other materials to give our clients and customers a comprehensive understanding of the offerings they are investing in.
While we are always willing to engage in constructive dialogue to find amicable solutions, any form of misconduct, as enumerated above, shall be met with the full brunt of legal action as deemed appropriate by Laken Lane Consultancy™.
Our refund and return policy are unambiguous and unyielding. As it pertains to items procured within our shop, refunds are strictly prohibited, except in instances where explicitly stated otherwise. In the case of tangible products that are capable of being shipped, our refund policy stipulates that a request for a refund must be made within 3 days of the delivery of the purchase. It is important to note that after 3 days have elapsed from the date of purchase, we shall not, under any circumstances, offer a full refund or exchange.
For tangible products that were shipped to you, in order for the item to be eligible for a return, it must be in an unused condition and must be in the identical state in which it was received. Furthermore, it must be in its original packaging.
It should be acknowledged that certain types of goods are not eligible for returns. Perishable goods, such as foodstuffs, flowers, newspapers, or magazines, are among such items. Additionally, the following items are non-returnable: Gift cards and downloadable software products (e-books, workbooks, training, courses, etc.).
To effectuate a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. It is imperative that prior to sending your purchase back to our shipping facility, you contact firstname.lastname@example.org, as we shall not be held liable for lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged packages during transit.
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted, and this shall be determined on a case-by-case basis. It should be noted that we do not take kindly to threats of chargebacks, harassment, or unnecessary anxiety. By purchasing through our shop and across our platforms, you are agreeing to these terms and understand that our return policy is firm. Any harassment will result in a lifetime ban.

We understand that investment in our services and products is a significant decision, and as such, we have made extreme efforts to clearly state all service and product features, benefits, and in most cases include sneak peeks, real testimonials, and other materials to give our clients and customers a good feel for the product or service they are investing in beforehand.
In certain cases, high-tier courses may be granted a 48-hour refund policy window, but once this window has passed, no refunds will be given. Due to this strict policy, we will not be offering any refunds.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 72 hours.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
In the event of late or missing refunds, we ask that you first recheck your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Sale items cannot be refunded.
If the item were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’d receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.
