Coaching & Consulting Services

Cancellation of Bespoke Coaching and Consulting Services:

Clients availing themselves of bespoke coaching and consulting services not subject to a formal contract shall be cognizant of the necessity to initiate a cancellation request within a minimum of thirty (30) days prior to the commencement of the impending billing cycle. The responsibility of requesting such cancellation resides solely with the Client. This stipulation is enforced to facilitate administrative processes and financial adjustments.

Refunds Granted:

The Company retains the prerogative to consider exceptional cases for the provision of a refund, albeit this remains within its sole discretion. In the rare event that a refund is sanctioned, it shall be subject to a non-negotiable refund fee equal to ten percent (10%) of the initial transaction amount.
